Problems with a second shift...

When I try to add a second shift into Project 2007, even after I have updated the resource calendars for the effected personnel, the duration for a task doubles when I add the second shift resource. To me, when I add more people the duration should lessen...

Example...

Task #1 192hrs of work 3 people per shift (8hr ea.) should be 4 days, but tells me 8.75!!!
