We had an order that we shipped out, with a qty of 14. However, before we shipped it, we realized they only needed 11. So they went into OE and changed it (this was after it was scanned in as a qty. of 14) and then tried to 're-release' it. However when we try to do that, we get a 'data-buffer' overflow error. We are using 7.5.103 PSQL.

How are you 'releasing' your orders. Just printing pick tickets or are you using confirm ship to pull the inventory.

What function are you doing to get the error?

Just printing pick tickets. It's when we try to re-release it, is when we get the error.

We also got another weird one yesterday. Our warehouse when scanning an item to be shipped got the error 'Item Number Not On Order', but when he tried to confirm it, it told him that item number has not been scanned. We looked through the OE, Inventory and IM in Macola and there was nothing out of the ordinary with that Item.

We also have problems where our warehouse is scanning to ship out, but it's not going through all the way in macola.
