CallPilot running version 5.0. Three nights ago the box locked up (after 10+ months with no issue). Would not reboot. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes (after trying to pull memory/usb/ports/etc), and it finally rebooted. Since that time, we've continued to have problems. Our vendor claims it is LDAP related?! Not sure how an LDAP failure would cause what was clearly a hardware issue. I'm seeing the following values in the alarm monitor (extension 3267 is me, as a reference):
1 Wednesday, November 14, 2012 1:05:54 PM 55209 Minor IVF-SR Messaging [8,] File Open failure in mailbox: 3267; error: 0; file: _F103.89750.461\_T253_R3; type: 2.

7 Wednesday, November 14, 2012 7:43:37 AM 58005 Minor SLEE - Telephony Exec GAM [21,CCR0c210006;SPC08210001;AnswerCall] Failed to answer the call. rc=57205, TAPI or CTMS rc=-2147483576, # attempts=6
8 Wednesday, November 14, 2012 2:30:12 AM 54104 Minor Error from function but ignored by MTA. Additional information: NANGetServerInfo,rc=0,objLDAPClient.GetValue()
Any ideas? I'm thinking it's controller based, as there were errors earlier that stated there were time-outs. I suppose the hard drive could be suspect, as well, but with the issues powering back on and booting, I'm thinking it's more the chassis/motherboard/controller.
Thoughts welcome!
