Problems With 2.0 (18) 1

I have recently upgraded our switch to V2.0 (18) and we are now experiencing problems with the handsets updating. Example- You press the divert key (2030), the screen does not change but you get broken dial tone and the divert works, the screen will only change if you log it off and then on again or unplug it. The same happens when you try and take the divert off and with no calls and group.
Is any body else experiencing a similar problem?

I cant divulge my source but I have been told dont upgrade to 2.0(18) unless absolutly necessary.

2.0(18) does fix a number of bugs from 2.0(16) but if you are not haveing any of those problems stick with 2.0(16)

If you can live with the problems wait for 2.1
(trials of 2.1 are going well @ the moment & the curent build seems fairly robust)

There is an interim build of 2.0(20) out this week early next until the release of 2.1 at the end of May , begining of June...(Note CCC V5 not out now till the end of June)
