problems with 007mlm card

I replaced my 007mlm card with a used card from a vendor. when i try to access it my system adminstrator password changes (to default?) how do i get it to take my old password.

I am not sure what you mean by your "password" changes to default. If you bought a replacement card - it usually comes with a defaulted admin password - that you have to change - once you log into the system admin's mailbox. It should prompt you to change the password from the default. You can then change the password to whatever your old one was.

Maybe the module you bought was not fully defaulted to factory specs. If that is the case - you need to default it before strting to program it.

To do the full factory default - you need to access your module through the RS232 port using a computer modem and hyperterminal software - built-in to Windows.

The procedure for doing the default is posted in more than one previous posting - you just need to do a search of previous posts on "MLM 007 Reset".
