I installed an aceess database application in my machine. When I am trying to open the application it is showing the following errors

---------------------------
Common Error Handler
---------------------------
The Following error(s)occured at program location: 100

---------------------------
TCTop500 Common Error Handler
---------------------------
ADO Error Information: NativeError: 0
Description: <user name>
Number: 0 Source: Microsoft

What will be the possible problem?
and how can we set the startup form for an access project..?(I am a .net developer and new to the adb projects)
any answers will be highly appreciated

The startup menu can be set in:
Menu/Tools/Startup/DisplayFormPage. Enter the page you want access to start with.

The error can be caused by the fact that the ADO-libary is not set on your machine. You can set in Access:
Menu/View/Code/Tools/References. Set the Microsoft ActiveX Dataobjects 2.x Library; it is best to set the latest Library that is showing.

I want to change the connection of an ADB project to a new database. But i could not open it in design mode. When I am trying to open ,it is going directly to the running mode and i can not make any modification in it. How can i open an access database project for modifying its connection properties. Any answers will be highly appreciated

Hi there,
Glad that i could help. For the next question you have to start a new thread, so everyone can follow the new issue.

For now:
You can maybe bypass the startup screen by opening the database while pressing the shiftkey.
