I have some troubles with an installation of CCR and would be really grateful if anyone could help me or point me in the right direction.

I've installed CCR for IP Office, following every step in the manual.
Installed licenses, marked users and hunt group with CCR. Installed CCR software, checked that the database could be connected to.
Created a system status user which I also could connect with from the CCR computer.

After the website fires up after the installation, I created a user and logged in. I changed the default IP number to our switch's IP number and also set the username and password and pressed "Update".
Now, no matter what I do, the state is "Disconnected" and a red error message is shown at the top: "You were not licensed for the following roles: Administrator.System licenses are:Administrator (0)".

All services are green in the status table and marked as "Running".

After reading some forum threads I cleared the application event log, restarted the services and even tried reinstalling the CCR software and the licenses. It still says "Disconnected".
If I try to type the wrong password, I will get another message, so some sort of connection attempt is made.

The event log shows two type of error messages:
"The Data Analyzer Service experienced communication failure with the IP Office. 10.0.6.30"
and
"Init Cache did not detect any data to load from the database, processing tasks will not be started. Please ensure availability of CCR Agents and CCR Agent Groups on the switch"

The second one could be a result of the first one, I'm not sure... I have added users and the hunt group to CCR in the manager.
When connecting to the SQL database though, there are not any records in those tables. But I guess this is because no connection can be made to the switch at all.

What CCR version and IPO software level in question?

IP Office 500, 8.0 (43)
IP Office Customer Call Reporter V1.2.2.78

Is that information enough?

think your CCR is way out of date

So it seems =/
The company that helps us out with Avaya products didn't have time to help us set up CCR until the middle of august (!).
I said I wanted to try myself and so they sent me this horribly outdated version as it seems.

After installing the version you linked to, everything works perfect! Thank you so much.
