Problems when adding local client printer

Last night I shadowed a users session to help her add a client printer to Citrix MF 1.8 for Windows. The driver for the printer I wanted to add is on the Server, but when I tried to add it, an error message popped up informing me that I didnt have sufficient access to local machine to perform the operation. She gets the same error when trying to add the printer also. She is on Windows 98 and the Citrix server is on Windows 2000. If anyone has any hints I would greatly appreciate it.
