Problems Viewing A Dashboard

I have created adashboard that includes a list of KPI's Manual and from Excel and a couple of Excel Web parts.
I can see the dashboard and interact with it no problem.
The issue is that the other users cannot see the content on th epage, that can open the page with no eror messages but it is blank.
If one of the other users creates a dashboard I can't access theirs either
We are all part of the same group having full control over the whole sharepoint server.

Any bright ideas?
