I have a customer that has a MICS hooked up to a NAM. At onepoint there was 5 companies hooked up to this thing. One company of 4 phones went away and they re-assigned the pools, groups and phone over to the other company. When you do a F9*1 it shows all of the voicemail codes.

When you access all the codes while idle it shows them as there. Even F986 while idle say "no call connected". But whenon a call on any lines when you press F986 it goes right back to the line with out attempting the xfer. This only happens on the 4 sets that were assigned to the other company before. All of the other set work on all lines. It is associated with the 4 sets only. The COS of the voicemail is the same for everyone. Any idea's

Thanks in advanced, Richard S. McCranie

Do you have either two intercom appearances on the phones or one intercom appearance plus the CO line? Feat 9 8 6 needs a second talk path for the conf/transfer. JerryReeve

I did not think about that. I will start looking there. Thanks for the heads up. Richard S. McCranie
