Problems using Inet control

Hi, When I use Inet control in VB 6, and do a HTTP post, the application is not getting shut down. The application will still be there in the task list with status "Not Responding". Then I installed Service Pack 3, now it works for HTTP requests, but not for HTTPS requests. Can anyone help me with this?
