Problems using https in IE 5.5

After testing my website in IE 5.5 I have discovered that it will not let me access secure pages using https. I am getting a Server Not Found error. It does however work fine in IE 5.0. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the cipher strength of IE5.5 by choosing "Help", "About Internet Explorer". If it says 0-bit, check out the MS website below.
