i have a cross tab query that contains column headings. These column headings are obtained from an employee table (fldEmployeeName), the problem im having is if i add or delete an employee in this table it is not shown in the report because the names appear as heading fields in the report. Just wondering if any one has had a similar problem before and what solutions they used to overcome it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
