Problems updating Embbeded audio file for RAD in Mitel 3300IP

This will be the first time posting such a problem. I have struggle for long trying to download embbeded audio file for a RADin Mitel 3300ICP PBX -I converted the file to a right format which is WAV, A-law or m-law (G.711), 8 kHz, 8-bit, mono and still when I try to update, it tells me that is not a right format.

Please assist!!!!

First off, you should post this in the Mitel forum where you will get a lot more response.
Second, what version of controller?
Third, what are you using to convert the file?

I know way back in version 5 and early 6 I tried to use Windows Sound Record (I think) to convert and it never worked. Since switching to V7 I can use it just fine. Post the same over there and see what you get for answers.
