problems Uca mobile for blackberry

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help me , look I arleady have de uca aplication for mitel in my blackberry the problem is when i put the number of loggin id and password and the name of may uca server .

the telephone send a messege that the time to wait the response from the server is to long, saw the can not reach the uca server that i have here in my office.

Whit my web browser of the blackberry, it can reach the uca server without a problem



I don´t know what can i do, to race the aplication whit my balckberry i hope your response as soon as possible
