Problems trying to connect Workflow Builder !! HELP

I'm new using Oracle Tools and i'm trying to view workflows stored in the database with Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6.3.

When i try to open a file (Menu ->File ->Open) using the "Database option" i get the following message after entering appropiate user, password and db name:

1700: Could not connect with username/password 'APPS/apps@ofnxi' ('ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
').

Any idea???

Search for the File TNSNAMES.ora .
This files should contain the TNS entry of the Db/instance to which u are attempting to connect to.


If it does not exist trying adding one .
