On one extension the user cannot transfer calls to voicemail properly. The button is programmed correctly and there does not appear to be a stuck button. The user can only transfer to VM by using directory and cannot transfer just by dialing extension. It gives him an invalid mbox message but it works on every other set. Any ideas?
