Problems starting up a PIX 520

We have recently inherited a PIX 520E through a buy out. We currently have no experience of any PIX but once we connect the console we get the following messages:

Finesse Bios V3.3

Booting Floppy

Loading from Flash
128MB RAM

This just loops through.

If we boot from a floppy that was with the box we get:

which again keeps looping.

If we allow it to copy floppy version onto flash we get:

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
