Problems sending Email using Indy

Im trying to write an app that sends emails. I've download Indy
I've got some settings from my work email providers, these settings work when using Outlook, but when sending email through my app, i seem to get inconsistent results. Some times it Times Out, some times it sends ok, and sometimes i errors saying, 'we cannot relay to this address'.

Ive tried some other settings i got from my personal internet/email providers, again these work n outlook/express but in my app i get the error 'relaying denied'


Any1 got any thoughts???

The host, or mail server you're attempting to send the mail to may be your own local exchange server. You should be using the SMTP server of your connected ISP. usually it's in something like mail.myisp.com or smtp.myisp.com
