Problems Scheduling

I am having some problems scheduling reports to run, what I have just noticed is that my Report server is stopped, when I try to start it I get the following error message, can anybody help???

ADMN06OLD.report - Crystal Job Server: Unable to manipulate operating system service for server ADMN06OLD.report.jobserver

Any help on this would be great.

Hi,
Check the account that that service is running under..Be sure it is a valid one with sufficient rights.

Consider posting version information.

I'm unfamiliar with this error, use the CMC to try to stop and restart the service using an account with admin privileges.
