Problems saving to Novell 3.12 Server in MS Word

We are running Win95 on the desktop with Office 2000. The problem we are experiencing is when some of our user's are saving MS Word documents to our Novell 3.12 Server is that they either lock up or it takes about 10 minutes to save.

This is a known bug of certain versions of the Novell Client. Download the latest version and check for corresponding updates/fixes (support.novell.com).
