Problems running the Fastrad Firmware exe

HI all,
I've done this proceedure before. But now when I open the fastrad.exe on a windows XP machine, it doesn't work. I also tried running it on a win98 machine and it comes up with "Cannot run is dos mode" that is when I open it in the win98 environment or using msdos. Any ideas? Maybe the file got corrupt over the years? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the program running on windows 98, windows 2k, and xp with no problem.
