We provide helpdesk support & account management for another company.
Currently we have a leased line that connects to a switch which we use to connect to their network we are moving from this line to a VPN solution and the VPN will only allow through our citrix boxes.
We have managed to get all other connections working but are having problems with Attachmate Extra (E!PC) this is a IBM Mainframe Terminal emulator, the application may open but will not connect to the mainframe (just shows a black screen)
Anyone have any ideas on what I might be missing.
