Problems recording some extensions

Hi,

Hope someone can shed some light on this, we're using a nice trunk side voice recorder connected to an Avaya CM2 Definity system via CVlan asai link.

We have just added some extensions to the phone system however the calls are not being recorded.

I've spoken to our internal IT department who advised that when they tried to add the new extensions to the nice recorder they got an error message which said 'error device not ready' they've informed me that this pointed to a problem on the phone system, the think the phone system isn't sending the call records across?

I've also been in touch with Avaya who advised that the ASAI link to the CT server will automatically pass across all data for all extensions?

Just need a bit of input? anyone any ideas?

 
have you logged the phones off and on after adding them to the logger def?

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months
