Problems Publishing IWR Reports

Hello,

I am having an issue publishing to Upfront from IWR. I made changes to an existing report set and then republished. When I look at the report the old version is still there. So I deleted the report set, deleted all versions of the imr files on the harddrive, except the new ones. I then delete the IWR datastore files so that it will recreate them. I then create a new report set and publish it. When I look at the report, it is still the old version. How is this possible? Help!!!
