Problems printing on smaller stock

Hi there,

I am not sure whether my question can easily be answered, but here goes:
I am trying to print a document on a 152 by 102mm piece of carstock. Both the document's settings (Photoshop) and the printer setup are correctly ajusted to the dimensions. However, when I print the document on our Phaser Printer, it only takes up about 1/5 of the space. Am I overlooking some sort of setting?
