Hi all - hoping someone can assist with this, it's driving me crazy....
We've got a team of users with Office 2003 and Acrobat version 5. They want to go into Outlook and select multiple email messages that include attachments (in this case PDF) and choose to print them all at once.
When they do this it only prints the body of the email and does not print the attachments, even though the "PRINT OPTIONS " in Outlook has the "print attached files" option turned on.
This process did work sucessfully when they had Outlook 2000.
I have Outlook 2003 and Acrobat version 7. When I attempt this on my PC it will print the message bodies and then sometimes print the attachments, sometimes not - always with a very long delay in between printouts.
