We are trying to print a table from MS Excel using HP ljet 1320 over windows 2000 O/S. The 1st page prints fine but subsequent pages lose table formatting. The file prints OK on a Ljet 1012, using windows XP. Have tried re-installing drivers and also using postscript drivers but to no avail. File printed OK when using HP Ljet 2100 from same pc.
Any ideas please?

Download CutePDF, and see if the problem is with the program, or the printer driver. It will prompt you for the name of the PDF file that you want to create, which you can then open, and print.

I used it when developing a few reports. It saved many trees.

This sounds like a typical shortage of memory. The LJ1320 only has 16MB memory as standard. I suggest that you upgrade this by adding 128MB. Go to Crucial on line and order it. It will only cost around £30 with next day delivery.

Try running the 1160 drivers on it, this might help also.
