Problems outpulsing digits to our SIP gateway 2

I wonder if anyone can assist with this. When I try to send outgoing calls to our Samsung Ubigate SIP gateway that emulates ISDN to our 3300MXe, the Ubigate only gets the digits sent once the 3300 starts to outpulse. So, if we set the 3300 to outpulse after 6 digits (we dial 9 for an outside line) and then dial 90121123456 the 3300 initially sends 012112 and then sends the remaining digits as they are dialled. The Ubigate see the 012112 and doesn't wait for the rest of the number, it then tries to make the call, which fails. I fixed this by increasing the number of digits before outpulsing to 12 and all is fine.

Or at least I thought it was....

When we need to dial an overseas number, the number is at least 13 digits long. I set the outpulse to 16 digits to be on the safe side. The Ubigate fails the call. Doing a CCS trace I see that the 3300 is sending 11 digits along with a load of status stuff and then the final two digits show on the next data line. I'm guessing that the Ubigate therefore gets the first 11 digits as though the 3300 was set at outpulse after 11 digits and hence fails the call. No matter what length I set the outpulse to above 13 I get this response.

If I switch the trunk to a standard ISDN the programming works fine and the call is made.

Any ideas how I can get it to send the whole 13 digits in one go? I realise someone will say its the Ubigate's fault but before I go down that route I wondered if there is a fix that can be done in the Mitel to increase the number of digits in the initial packet or have I hit a limitation of the 3300?

What is your inter digit timeout set to?

Use en-bloc dialling?

Where would I find the setting for inter digit timeout? Don't think I've seen that anywhere.

Not sure how I do en-bloc dialling either!

As wireman suggest you need to enable enbloc dialling on the trunks.
Found under "Trunks/Digital/ISDN/ISDN Protocol" form
That way it will wait for a complete ARS match or the time out before sending to line.
Also be sure to remove the "Digits Before Outpulsing" entry in the ARS Routes

Yey! Enbloc dialling has fixed the problem. You guys are fantastic. Many thanks.

Just for completeness the inter digit timer is in the COS for the device.
