Problems on SQL server module for Legato

We have the SQL server module (version 3.0) for Legato (version 6.1.1) on one of our NT servers. We have 8 DB's on that server: we backup all of the DB's but we can recover only three; for the others, when we start nwrecover we got the following error:
"There are no items to show within the current browse time.
The SQL settings for this database prevented filegroup and file backup creation"

Is this a DB problem or a Legato problem? Has anyone seen that before?
