Problems of language???

Hi,
I'm using CR 8.5, VB 6 and Access 97.
I created the reports on a computer with italian language, and on my machine and other with italian when I try to open the report exported in .rtf with Word all works fine. When I try to open the reports on a machine with English language, Word give me an error:

The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions:
*Check the file permissions
*Use Open Dialog to open the file
(----file path)

I tried both suggestions, but nothing!!!!
Is a problem of CR or Word????

Another thing: using WordPad is ok!!!!!

Hi Deangelis,
Just a thought, are there special characters (that aren't used in English) in the file name(s)? This has been an issue for me with aps that we use for revision control but I don't normally export reports so I'll test some of my reports tomorrow to see if I experience the same problem. I'll let you know my results in the AM and if I find a wordaround.

No, I resolved the problem. I've to install the service pack 3 for CR 8.5.
