I'm going to try to explain this as well as possible. This problem occurs occasionally and usually is fixed by quitting out of illustrator then opening it up again.
Let's say I have a square with rounded corners. I select the square and all the points are selected. When I try to move the square the square will move but the corners won't move, they will stay where they are. The corners will be outlined as though they are still selected. Sometimes when I go to command Y and then back again it will be fixed.
I make my living using a MAC <steckfigures.com> and I consider myself a pro at it, but this just stumps the heck out of me.
Thanks,
Jim
