Problems moving mails to a subfolder (OLK2007)

Hi,
I have a user who works with many subfolders in his inbox. Sometimes he moves a mail to a subfolder. It stays there for, say, 10-15 minutes and then automatically disappears from the subfolder and reappears in the inbox. It doesn't happen with every mail but it does more than once.
Any help appreciated...
We are using Outlook 2007 (and Exchange 2007)
