Problems managing sites in DWMX!

Hi everyone,

I'm running Dreamweaver MX through WinXP Pro and I originally set up a few (4) sites while I was working on those projects. I now want to delete some of those projects and add some more, but every time I go to the "manage sites" window, Dreamweaver comes up with an error saying I cannot delete/edit/update/manage any of the sites. The PC gets stuck in a loop and I have to ctrl-alt-del to get out of DWMX and use the PC again.

Has anyone any ideas on what could be causing this or if you've experienced anything like this previously? I have tried uninstalling DWMX and then reinstalling but it just loads up the saved caches of the projects when I start the software again and I'm back to square one!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

No worries folks! I did some more digging on the Interweb and found the problem, its an issue with our firewall.

Basically you need to modify your firewall settings to allow the "World Wide Publishing" service from the control panel to be able to connect to the Internet.
