Problems linking tables to a command

I used a union statement and created a command in Crystal V9. I am having problems linking other tables to this command and receive an error message from crystal that says, "Unknow error." Do you have to do anything different to link tables to a command?

Hello there...
I am not sure what database type you are using but this is a known error in Crystal v9...luckily there is a fix available...
Since I don't know what Crystal you are using (enterprise, standard, RAS) this is the link to BO's page where you will find the all of the fixes...

I'm downloaded SP4 like the article said and am still experiencing the same problem.
