I have a report that needs to get data from an access table and join up with an Oracle table using a field "Code".

I get a warning that the fields are of different types from the visual link expert (but cannot see any diff String 10), but this appears not to cause problems. As When exiting out of the Visual Linking Expert I get a warning that I cannot use server grouping, and cannot change the SQL statement.

If my report does not have a group in it, I can see all fields. When I put a group in, I cannot see the access fields on my report. I have tried to disable server-side grouping in the report options, but this makes no difference. I need to group this report. Any ideas?

Are using Microsoft Acces .MDB ODBC drivers to link with Oracle tables?

Yes I am using MS Access .MDB Drivers on the Access side, and Oracle SQL Client Drivers for the Oracle
