Problems installing thinsg with wise

Possibly the not quite the question u usually deal with but i thought it be the best place to start.

Simple realy every time i use the installer with any prog it comes up with this error

| one of the library files needed to run this |
| application cannot be found |

well urm , where can i find the library file ?
starting to bug me cos i cant install any prog that uses wise ..
