problems installing Avaya Video Softphone

I am attempting to install the Avaya Video Softphone onto our demo kit. I have built the user as an H323 extension, and set the profile to Power User and have enabled the softphone option. I can get the software to install and come up and prompt me for IP Office, user ID and password, then it prompts for a license key?? Where do I find that? Should it not be pulling the license right from the IP Office?

Sounds strange man.

There´s a nice guide to make it work on KB.
I have the video softphone working on Win XP and Server 2003.
Works really well.

Are you using the right version softphone?

I had a little from another IP Office expert. Seems I did not have softphone provisioning enabled under the systems tab. Once I did that, I was good to go.
