Problems installing 64 bit remote agents

I am running Backup Exec 10D SP4 on a Windows 2003 32bit server. I am attempting to install the 64bit remote agent on a server. When running setupaa.cmd in the RANT64 folder (which i copied locally)I get "C:\RANT64\setup.exe is valid, but is for a machine type". The server is running dual Xeon E5530 which are EM64T compatible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to install the agent per instructions found here:

Problem resolved. Installed agent from RANT64EX folder.
