Problems in XML Entity

HI,

I had a xml it had 2 sections the one was proprerty section and other was job section.

NOw I have taken some jobs out from the job section and have used entity to refer to this jobset.

<!ENTITY mr1_pre SYSTEM "/var/moose/job.xml">

But now the problem is that, this new entity is not able to refer the property section of the parent file and it is creating issues..>? can u help..?
