Problems in Displaying Greek Characters

I have a software developed using JSP and WebLogic.
The version being weblogic 5.1.the application is hosted in Sun Solaris 2.6.I dont have any difficulties in displaying the info from the Oracle database which stores data in Greek characters.Im trying to run the same jsp in tomcat 4.0.3 in Windows NT 4 with the database as MS access.The
data is ported from oracle to MS Access using ORacle ODBC driver.We are able to see the greek characters in MS Access but when viewed thru JSP we get Junks characters.The same application with Tomcat and Oracle combination works fine.Help us out solve this problem.Thanx in advance

Have you set the charset of the JSPs to UTF-8 or any other charset that supporst these Greek characters?
