Problems hearing calls made from outside

Hello, I have a problem where calls are coming in and the person that picks up the call can here the person that made the call from the outside, but the person from the outside who made the call cannot here the person that answer the call, and this is happenning to a number of different people. This problem just statrted about 1 week ago, I have 3 PRI's and 24 analog lines.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you done a simple reboot on the system yet?? Just power down, count to ten, then power back up?
