Problems getting second PRI working

Any ideas how to get a second PRI to work on a MICS with 6.1 - the second PRI comes up but unable to call out on it - 5ESS switch set up with 2 PRI D channels and the co says that they see my call go over the second PRI but grap the 23 trunk - everything shows in service

couple of things to try to eliminate problems ...

just swap the actual PRI circuits to see if the problem sticks to the PRI circuit or to the DTI/PRI card.
this is almost fool proof check since one of the PRI works for you.

the card will show online, even when connecting a PRI to T1.
so make sure teh settings are ok.
make sure all channels are provisioned ... when using a 5ESS switch, you must configure the protocol to be NI2

Figured out my problems - since this 2nd PRI was an integrated PRI then just had to disable the channels i wasn't using in Mainentance and all set.
