Problems Exporting Data From Access 2007 But None In 2003

Do you know Why I can not use the field delimiter in Access 2007 but I can in Access 2003. Also When exporting in Access 2007 I will have extra records and fields out of position due to delimiters but when I export the same data from Access 2003 and same delimiters I do not get any problems. Do you know why is this happening?
