PROBLEMS exporting...audio randomly cuts out

I've tried everything imaginable now, and can't solve my problem. Everything in my timeline is perfect on my Mac, but when I try to export it to tape, I get random fade outs and cuts in my audio. I've even tried duplicating the timeline on a pc using premiere 6.0 and still get the exact same problems. I've been dealing with this for over a month now, so any solution or comments would be greatly appreciated.

You might like to look at the FAQ I've posted as it deals with the way a PC handles memory. I also spent many hours on this until I altered W2000 hardware settings.
