Problems during Symposium Installation

Hi, I'm trying to install a Symposium Express Call Center on Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2. After install the Product Software I've tried to install the Product Database but there is an error in the stage #1:

E:\database\ASE12.5ebf\ASE12.5SRV\ebf11449\Server\shared-1_0\jre1.2.2\bin\java.exe is not a valid Win32 application

I've already formatted the server, but the problem persit.

Have anyone an idea what can be the problem?

Try to find new installation disk. Could be bad software disk. . . .

Hi,

dj4020, You're rigth, it was the CD. After several attempts, we tried with other CD, and it worked.

The problem was that whe are performing a platform migration, and we had to look for the same version of SECC 4.2 as the original server.
