Hi,
I'm a support tech for a medical company, we use Lotus Notes as a standard email application.
Every user has a mailfile stored locally on their machines, but there are some mailfiles that can be accessed by many users, these are stored on the server and accessed by users.
Recently a user reported to me that she was having a problem with the view of one of these mailfiles, it would not show that she had forwarded an email, even though the email had been forwarded sucessfully. The icon on the "Inbox" view was not showing. I have had a look and tried some of what I consider "Obvious" options; the setting in View - Customize this view is set to display the Forwarded/Reply to Field, which I extended to give a width of 3. I have modified the database properties so that it is set to show the forward/reply-to symbol.
One of the most annoying things about this problem is that the "Reply-To" icon is displaying properly, and everywhere I go within Notes, the two options Reply-To and Forward seem to be linked (Ie. Can't choose to display one without the other).
I don't have a huge amount of experience with Lotus Notes, and even less experience with the Administrator program. If anyone could post any suggestions, or links to resources I would be very appreciative.
Thanks a lot,
Steve
