Hi all,

here it goes, I have 3 systems on a network with IP phones, IP Agents, and one site with regular digital phones. The main site (control) had removed the ARS table "All" and whent to table 1, the site 2 suppose to have ARS table 2 and local trunks. It use to make calls some times through main site and that is why the ARS table "All" was removed.
But now site 2 is not able to make local calls. The IP addresses are pointing to main site on the phones. I have try to change the ARS table 2 with no results. Table 1 have the are codes as fndp and table 2 have them as hndp.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks.

Help!!!!

setup your "IP-Network-Map" with the IP address range for each site, point them to the proper IP-Network_Region you gave setup for that location, and on the IP-Network-Region form, you can assign a "location". This is how IP phones get their location # used for ars.
