I am trying to deploy Office 2k to my Windows 2k PC's. I have created a Custom Install mst file but when I kick it off it starts the installation but shorty after messages saying MS Office 2000 Professional Installation Successful! But it hasn't installed anything.
The PC already has Outlook 2k installed which I think has something to do with it. I am also specifying a new sub folder for the install (office2k) as I have Office 97 still installed and want to keep it for the time being.
I seem to be able to add the remainder of Office 2k using the add/remove facility in Win2k but wanted to use the custom install facility to quickly deploy the remaining elements of office and save visiting each PC.
