problems deleting existing voice mailbox 1

Hi,

I'm having problems changing a voice mailbox on my norstar system. It's throwing error code ext assigned. I tried deleting the mailbox but it won't let me. It's not the General Delivery Mail box or any other special mailbox. Thanks.

it's extension 805 which was never assigned anything previously. It's the flash mail box.

805 might be used in the CCR tree therefore it wont let you....look in the Path's in CCR and see which Path is transfering/leavemessg to that mailbox.

mailbox 805 may be used in ccr tree (1-4) one thing of note... once you delete from tree 1-4 you should also go to tree 5 and see if it is programed in there as well

I know this thread was back in May, but this problem has been driving me nuts all day.....I searched the archives and came accross your reminder about the ever sneaky tree 5!!

I knew this was my problem as soon as I saw it in your post, and wanted to let you know what a help it was.
